These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available on our Platform. By accessing, browsing and using our Platform and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

The Platform is operated by club6. However, it is clarified that the club6 has a distinct and separate relationship, which is governed by an agreement with each of these Facility Providers. Each Facility Provider acts in a professional manner vis-à-vis club6 when making its Facility available on or through club6. Please note that Facility Provider may have terms and conditions supplementing the policies declared on the Platform, which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Club 6 provides a Platform through which Facility Providers–in their professional conduct of business–can advertise, market, promote and/or offer their Facilities and event related service, which you can discover, search, compare, and order, reserve, purchase or pay for the same. By using or utilizing the Facility Reservation, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Facility Provider. From the point at which you make your Facility Reservation, we are not more than an intermediary between you and the Facility Provider, transmitting the relevant details of your reservation to the relevant Facility Provider(s) and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Facility Provider in relation to the availability, rates etc. Through the Platform, Club 6 is not acting as the agent of the Facility Provider and neither is Club 6 representing to resell, rent out or offer any or Facility or event related service.

In order to make a Facility Reservation, the entire information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by Facility Providers, which we believe to be true. In order to provide details, information the Facility Providers are given access to our systems and extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies & conditions and other relevant information, which is displayed on our Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in providing Facility Reservation, we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information provided by the Facility Provider is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Facility Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates/fees/prices, policies & conditions and availability) displayed on our Platform. Our Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, and qualification or (star) rating of any Facility Provider (or its facilities, venue, vehicles, (main or ancillary) products or services) made available. The reviews of the Facility are also entered by third parties, which may or may not be necessarily first hand users of the Facility and hence we do not assume the responsibility of verification of the reviews.

Our Facility Reservation service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Club6 is not responsible (and disclaims any liability) for the use, validity, quality, suitability, fitness and due disclosure of the Facility and makes no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind in this respect, whether implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant Facility Provider is solely responsible and that it assumes all responsibility and liability in respect of the Facility (including any warranties and representations made by the Facility Provider).Club 6 is not a (re) seller of the Facility. Complaints or claims in respect of the Facility (including related to the offered (special/promotion) price, policy or specific requests made by Customers) are to be dealt with by the Facility Provider. Club 6 is not responsible for and disclaims any liability in respect of such complaints, claims and (product) liabilities.
